Background
The University of Houston-Clear Lake (UHCL) is a prominent institution located on a 524-acre wildlife and nature preserve, serving a diverse student population. The university offers over 80 undergraduate and graduate degree programs across four colleges. The goal of this contract is to engage a digital agency to provide comprehensive digital marketing and advertising services, including creative development and media buying, aimed at enhancing lead generation and enrollment marketing.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a full range of digital marketing services, which includes but is not limited to:
- Creative development
- Media buying
- Campaign management
- Lead generation strategies
- Enrollment marketing specifically tailored for four-year universities.

The agency must demonstrate a strong track record in managing similar campaigns effectively.

Period of Performance
The expected term of the contract will be one (1) year with options to renew for two (2) additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed at the University of Houston-Clear Lake located in Houston, Texas.
