Background
The Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) is seeking bids to establish a Blanket Purchase Order (BPO) for the procurement of custom fabric garment patches. The agency's mission includes managing the state's correctional facilities and providing rehabilitation services to offenders. This contract aims to ensure the availability of high-quality garment patches for use in various TDCJ uniforms and apparel.

Work Details
The contract involves the supply of custom fabric garment patches with specific requirements including:

- Quantity: 50,000 patches
- Dimensions: 3.4 inches wide by 4.08 inches high
- Shape: Shield with a deep pearled arrow top and rounded corners
- Background Color: Navy blue with white threading
- Design includes 'TEXAS DEPARTMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE' and 'CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS' in specified colors (red, white, blue, yellow) with detailed color patterns for each side of the patch.

The patches must be durable, colorfast, and suitable for institutional use.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will commence upon award and continue until October 31, 2025.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the patches will be TDCJ's High Tower Unit Garment Factory located at 902 FM 686, Dayton, TX 77535.
