The university is seeking proposals for credit card processing services to support its operations as it continues to grow and adapt to the needs of its community.

Work Details
The contract will involve providing comprehensive credit card processing services for TSU, which currently accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. The selected vendor will need to accommodate multiple merchant numbers for various operations and ensure secure processing through both card readers and online platforms.

Key requirements include:
- Authorization methods for transactions
- Procedures for reversing incorrect authorizations
- Security measures against unauthorized access
- Daily workflow deadlines for fund transfers
- Capabilities for next-day settlements across different card networks
- Detailed reporting capabilities including transaction history and reconciliation reports.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective for three years from the date of execution, with the possibility of two additional one-year extensions upon mutual agreement.
