Container Bunkhouse

Background
The Texas Parks and Wildlife Department (TPWD) is seeking to purchase one (1) container bunkhouse with accessories as per the attached specifications dated March 2025.
The goal of this contract is to provide a suitable living space for personnel at designated wildlife management areas, enhancing operational efficiency and support for TPWD's mission.

Work Details
The contract involves the procurement of one container bunkhouse with the following specifications:
1. **Container Bunkhouse**:
- Quantity: One (1)
- External Dimensions: Length approximately 40-53 feet, Width approximately 8.5 feet, Height approximately 9.5 feet.
- Insulation: Spray foam insulation on all walls and ceilings.
- Flooring: Vinyl or TPWD approved equivalent.
- Walls/Ceiling: Full framing cedar trim and pine siding with three divider walls (two bedrooms and one bathroom).
- Windows: Minimum of four windows with exterior shutters.
- Doors: Three main exterior steel doors (36 inches wide) with security features; three interior locking pocket doors.
- Electrical: 200-amp service with GCFI outlets in all areas; minimum of four outlets in each bedroom, living area, and kitchen.
- Plumbing: PEX piping or TPWD approved equivalent; standard plumbing connections; one demand/tankless water heater.
- Air Conditioning: Three units (minimum 17,600 BTU each).
- Kitchen: Full-size appliances including stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave; built-in wood cabinets; standard large sink; plastic laminate countertops or TPWD approved equivalent.
- Bedrooms: Two bedrooms with four built-in twin XL bunk beds each.
- Living Space: Open concept design with kitchen integration.
- Bathroom: Standard size toilet, walk-in shower, standard sink/vanity.

Period of Performance
The contract shall commence upon issuance by TPWD and will automatically expire upon delivery date agreed upon and final acceptance by TPWD.

Delivery address is TPWD Alazan Bayou Wildlife Management Area, 8096 FM 2782, Nacogdoches TX 75964.
