The City of Missouri City, Texas ( City ) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from interested companies who can perform the construction-related work specified in Competitive Sealed Proposal ( CSP ) 24-150 Construction of a Golf Facility.

Responses to CSP 24-150 must be delivered in accordance with the requirements specified in the solicitation by 3 P.M. Central Daylight Time ( CDT ) March 21, 2025 to: The City of Missouri City, Texas Attn: City Secretary's Office Subject: CSP 24-150 (Do Not Open) 1522 Texas Parkway Missouri City, Texas 77489.

Interested parties are highly encouraged (but not required) to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid conference scheduled for 9 A.M. CDT on February 5, 2025 at the following location: City Hall Council Chambers (2nd Floor) City of Missouri City, Texas 1522 Texas Parkway Missouri City, Texas 77489.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all responses, waive informalities, cancel the above solicitation, and make awards that are in the best interest of the City. All costs incurred in the development of a response to this solicitation (directly or indirectly) are the responsibility of the interested party(ies) and not the City.

Background
The City of Missouri City, Texas is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for the construction of a Golf Course Maintenance Facility Building under Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP) 24-150. The goal of this contract is to provide a facility that meets the operational needs of the city's golf course maintenance activities.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete construction of the Golf Course Maintenance Facility, which includes but is not limited to: site preparation, foundation and slab on grade, metal building framing and roof panels, electrical service and distribution, plumbing fixtures, HVAC systems, and various site improvements such as paving, fencing, and landscaping.

Specific tasks include:
- Mobilization
- Installation of project sign
- Foundation and slab on grade for both phases
- Metal building framing and roof panels (total 5000 SF)
- Electrical service and distribution
- Water system installation (2" water line)
- Sanitary sewer system installation
- Construction of reinforced concrete pavement and sidewalks
- Installation of chainlink fencing
- Relocation of existing fuel tanks
- Construction of a vehicle wash area
- Installation of bollards and gates.

Additionally, allowances for specific items such as vehicle lift relocation are included in the pricing structure.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to commence upon award and continue until project completion. The revised due date for sealed responses is set for 10 A.M. CDT March 25, 2025.

Place of Performance
The construction will take place at the designated site within Missouri City, Texas.
