CCRC Boiler PM Services

Background
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is responsible for providing workforce development services in Texas. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance and functionality of domestic water boilers and heating boilers at the Criss Cole Rehabilitation Center, which supports individuals with disabilities in their rehabilitation process.

Work Details
The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools, insurance, and supervision necessary to perform quarterly preventative maintenance services on domestic water boilers and heating boilers. This includes inspections, cleaning, adjustments, and repairs as needed to maintain optimal operation of the boilers.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed on a quarterly basis, indicating that maintenance services will be conducted four times a year.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Criss Cole Rehabilitation Center located at 4800 North Lamar, Austin, TX 78756.
