Description

The Texas A&M University System ( A&M System ), Office of Facilities Planning &Construction ( FP&C ), is soliciting statements of qualifications( Qualifications ) from companies (also hereafter referred to as Respondent or Firm ) who have demonstrated knowledge and experience in working with Ownerrepresentatives, to develop comprehensive Campus Master Plans ( CMP ) and/orstrategic planning of topics included in a CMP.

It is the intent of the A&M System to establish a masterservices agreement ( Agreement ) with more than one company to meet itsneeds. The required services shall beadministered in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements setforth in this Request for Qualifications ( RFQ ) for all projects awardedthrough an Agreement from this RFQ. Thisshall also apply to work or projects done by other A&M System universitiesand agencies ( Members ) that may choose to utilize a Firm as a result of thisRFQ.

Background
The Texas A&M University System (A&M System), Office of Facilities Planning & Construction (FP&C), is seeking statements of qualifications from firms with experience in developing comprehensive Campus Master Plans (CMP) and strategic planning.

The A&M System aims to establish a master services agreement with multiple companies to support its mission of improving and expanding physical facilities across its universities and agencies.

Work Details
The services required include the planning and development of a comprehensive CMP, which captures campus leadership requirements, defines vision and priorities, and serves as a basis for strategic campus development.

Respondents may submit qualifications for one or more CMP topics including: Comprehensive Campus Master Plan, Campus Planning & Design Principles, Utilities Master Plan, Mobility and Safety, and Campus Environmental Stewardship.

A typical CMP may cover topics such as campus history, existing conditions, space usage analysis, utilities planning, mobility safety measures, environmental stewardship strategies, and phasing elements for implementation.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the agreement is anticipated to extend for three years with options to renew for up to two additional two-year terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations throughout the Texas A&M University System.
