Calibration Services

Background
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is seeking bids for calibration services utilizing Bios DryCal technology calibrators, which serve as primary standards for gas flow measurements. The goal of this contract is to ensure the accurate calibration and recertification of specific gas flow measurement equipment used by TCEQ.

Work Details
The contractor will provide accredited calibration services and recertification for the following equipment:

1. ML-500 Base Unit - 2 units
2. ML-500 High Flow Cell (Model: ML-500-44) - 2 units
3. ML-800 Base Unit - 7 units
4. ML-800 High Flow Cell (Model: ML-800-44) - 7 units
5. ML-800 Low Flow Cell (Model: ML-800-10) - 3 units
6. ML-800 Ultra-Low Flow Cell (Model: ML-800-3) - 3 units
7. Estimated Freight - 1 unit.

Calibration services must adhere to the specifications outlined in Attachment A, including maintaining performance standards, providing certificates of calibration traceable to national or international standards, and ensuring response times and accuracy within specified limits.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from April 01, 2025, to August 31, 2025, with an option for one additional year renewal.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at TCEQ's facility located at 12100 Park 35 Circle, Building B, Austin, Texas.
