Bastrop Community Health Center Clinical Buildout

Background
CommUnityCare is requesting Proposals from qualified Design-Build Contractors for all work required to prepare for, build, and occupy a new CommUnityCare Health Center at 301 TX-71, Suites 110 and 111, Bastrop, TX 78602 with a substantial completion date no later than December 1st, 2024.

Work Details
The Design/Build Contractor has overall responsibility for and shall provide complete Pre-Construction Phase Services and Construction Phase Services and furnish all design services, materials, equipment, tools and labor as necessary or reasonably inferable to complete the Project.

The Design/Build Contractor shall perform all services specifically allocated to it by the Contract Documents as well as those services reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as necessary for completion of the Work and the Project. The Design/Build Contractor agrees to perform these services using its best efforts, skills, judgments and abilities.

The Pre-Construction Phase shall be deemed to commence upon the date specified in a Notice to Proceed with Pre-Construction Phase Services issued by Owner and shall continue through completion of the Construction Documents and procurement of all major Subcontractor agreements. Pre-Construction Phase Services may overlap Construction Phase Services.

Period of Performance
The substantial completion date for the project is no later than December 1st, 2024.

The project will be located at 301 TX-71, Suites 110 and 111, Bastrop, TX 78602.
