Background
The City of Austin is seeking to establish a contract with qualified contractors to provide comprehensive advertising and marketing services for the Austin Public Health department. This initiative aims to enhance public health outreach and communication strategies through various media channels.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following services:
1. Development and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including television, radio, print, and social media.
2. Coordination of media placements and resource allocation across different programs to ensure consistent messaging.
3. Creation of content for various media types such as commercials, email blasts, social media partnerships, interviews, flyers, and bus advertisements.
4. Focused campaigns targeting specific census tracts identified as having poor health outcomes as per the Community Health Plan.
5. Collaboration with City project management to ensure effective integration of in-kind advertisements for unfunded programs into broader campaign efforts.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will continue until all obligations are fulfilled, with options for extension at the City's discretion.

Place of Performance
Services will primarily be performed within the City of Austin, Texas.
