- Storage: 110 gallons
- Operating Pressure: 10 PSIG with on/off control
- Electrical Supply: 460/3
- Includes a make-up/level controller, low water alarm switch, and various piping and control components.

The vendor is responsible for removing existing equipment, installing the new unit, and performing startup operations. A site visit is offered to assess installation requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as outlined in the bid documents. The anticipated bid opening date is May 1, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Formby Unit Maintenance facility located at 990 CR AA, Plainview, TX 79072-9641.
