Background
The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is seeking a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to support its Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOM) programs. TWC is an administrative agency within the executive branch of the State of Texas, responsible for maintaining its facilities to the highest standard for staff and public use.

Work Details
The required goods and services include a robust, user-friendly CMMS with features such as equipment/asset management, parts & inventory management, work order management, workforce tracking & management, planning & reporting, cost management, and other related services.
The system must be EIR accessible (§ 508 Compliant), compliant with Texas data privacy and cybersecurity standards, and hosted in the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) Data Center Services (DCS).
Respondents must provide accurate Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACRs), Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT), Vendor Accessibility Development Services Information Request (VADSIR) Questionnaire, and complete Policy Driven Adoption for Accessibility (PDAA) for Vendor Self-Assessment.
Additionally, the proposed solution must comply with stringent data privacy and cybersecurity requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract term is estimated to be approximately three years with two one-year optional renewals at TWC's discretion. The final terms and conditions of the contract will be agreed upon during negotiation.

Place of Performance
The CMMS system will be performed in facilities maintained by the Texas Workforce Commission.
