Background
The Texas Tech University System is seeking Statements of Qualifications for Design Professional Services for the Davis College of Agriculture Sciences and Natural Resources project. This initiative aims to construct a new facility on the Texas Tech University campus in Lubbock, Texas, with a project budget of $80 million. The goal is to enhance educational resources and foster collaboration within the college's academic environment.

Work Details
The Design Professional Services required include:

1. Base Services (Stage One):
- Programming Phase Services: Develop a comprehensive document detailing facility areas, space requirements, and relationships between spaces, including furniture and equipment specifications.
- Schematic Design Phase Services: Create site plans, floor plans, and select building systems while updating project budgets and schedules.

2. Optional Services (Stage Two):
- Design Development Phase: Produce documents defining facility systems and finishes, ensuring compliance with campus standards.
- Construction Document Phase: Generate detailed construction drawings and specifications for procurement.
- Construction Administration Phase: Oversee construction processes including inspections, quality assurance, and final acceptance procedures.

3. Additional requirements include programming analysis for existing agricultural buildings, integration of public art, and compliance with sustainability standards.

Period of Performance
The contract period will extend from the initiation of services through the completion of the project phases. A submission deadline for qualifications is set for 3:00 PM CT on February 19, 2025.
