24RFP46 RFP HVAC Air Filter Maintenance Services for Williamson County, Texas

Background
Williamson County is requesting responses for air filter maintenance services at Williamson County owned locations, including buildings, detention and correctional facilities located in Williamson County, Texas. The county anticipates awarding a contract for each of the two groupings included in the solicitation.

Work Details
Contractor shall provide materials and labor in accordance with the attached Attachment B – Filter Change Services. There are two groupings of buildings in this solicitation, and Williamson County Facilities Management anticipates awarding a contract for each of the two groupings included in the Attachment C – Price Sheet. A single vendor may be awarded.

Period of Performance
Sealed responses will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Williamson County Purchasing Office located at 100 Wilco Way, Suite P101, Georgetown, Texas 78626 on April 17, 2024, at 2:00 p.m., CDT. A Non-mandatory Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held on April 3, 2024, at 9:00 A.M., CDT at the above-mentioned location.

The contract will be performed at Williamson County owned locations, including buildings, detention and correctional facilities located in Williamson County, Texas.
