INVITATION FOR SEALED BIDSSealed bids are to be received no later than 2:00 P.M. on Thursday, October 31, 2024. All bid packets, with an original, clearly identified, and two copies, must be marked WW-PDC-1/Pump Stations (4), Contract A and addressed as follows:MAYOR DAVID PARSONS CITY OF BARTLETT6400 STAGE ROADBARTLETT, TENNESSEE 38134 City of Bartlett, TN will be soliciting bids for the renovation and upgrading of 4 existingwastewater pumping stations with the following names and street addresses: Billy Maher,5965 Old Brownsville Road; Raner Creek, 5258 Shelter Run Lane; Shadowlawn, 7805 OldBrownsville Road; Brunswick Valley, 8860 Old Brownsville Road. The work for WW-PDC-1/Pump Stations (4), Contract A will include, but not be limited to: demolition of existingpumping equipment, excavation, bypass sewage pumping, demolition, wet wellmodification, wet well wall coating, new valve vault; new submersible pumps andinstallation, pipework, standby generators, site work, and electrical and control work.This project is being supported with Treasury, Coronavirus State and Local Recovery Fundgrant funding. Therefore, certain restrictions and other federal requirements attach to thisopportunity.Separate sealed bids for Project Name will be received by Honorable David Parsons, Mayor,at Bartlett City Hall 6400 Stage Road, Bartlett, TN, 38134 until 2:00 p.m. C.D.T., October 31,2024, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
