RFQ - Mobile Charging Station (Revised)

Background
The solicitation is issued by the CMR department of Tennessee Tech University for the procurement of a Mobile Charging Station. The goal of this contract is to acquire a new mobile charging solution that meets specific technical requirements for electric vehicle charging, supporting the university's mission to enhance sustainability and innovation in transportation.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide 2 units of a New Mobile Charging Station (no battery pack included) with the following specifications:

- 60kW 1000V fast mobile DC-DC EV charger with DC input
- Charging mode: DC fast charging, CCS, Mode 4, up to 1000V
- Connector type: CCS1
- Cable length: ≥7 m
- Mobile device mounting for easy transport
- Forced ventilation cooling
- Minimum operating temperature range: -20 °C to +50 °C
- Minimum DC input voltage range: 300 - 800 Vdc
- Minimum DC output voltage range: 150 - 1000 Vdc
- Minimum DC output current range: 1 - 200 A.

Additional requirements include conversion efficiency greater than 90%, compliance with CE, EN/IEC 61851, DIN 70121, ISO 15118 standards, control features such as RFID authorization and OCPP support, and connectivity options including Ethernet, Wi-Fi, and 3G/LTE. The contractor must also provide a 12-month warranty and initial commissioning and integration online support.

Period of Performance
The complete delivery of the Mobile Charging Stations must be made within 16 weeks after receipt of the order.

Place of Performance
Delivery is to be made FOB to Tennessee Tech University at 1781 Browns Mill Road, Building G, Cookeville, TN 38506.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered or exempted from registration with the Department of Revenue for the collection of Tennessee sales and use tax before the Purchase Order/Contract is signed. There are no specific set-aside certifications mentioned in this solicitation.
