Pressure Washing Services

Background
Tennessee Technological University is seeking bids for Pressure Washing Services to be performed as needed on campus buildings. The goal of this contract is to establish a contractor who can provide external building and surface pressure cleaning services, ensuring the maintenance and cleanliness of university facilities.

Work Details
The contractor will perform full exterior 'soft wash' or low-pressure application of cleaner to various surfaces including gutters, fascia, soffit, limestone, and cast concrete features on the buildings. This includes porches or patios and requires rinsing the entire building.

Brick and masonry joints do not need pressure washing but should be rinsed. A minimum crew of three (3) workers is required for all jobs, which are to be completed preferably on weekends. The cost sheet includes numerous buildings with specified addresses for which bids must be submitted per building.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence from the date of final signature and will last for five (5) years. Prices submitted by the contractor must remain firm for one (1) year, with provisions for potential price increases thereafter.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at various locations across the Tennessee Tech University campus in Cookeville, TN.
