Mill Creek Earthwork Remediation

Background
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is soliciting quotes from qualified and experienced offerors to perform mass Earthwork at a section of the Mill Creek Park Greenway. The contract shall help Metro to complete the project at the earliest for community benefit and to close out the open permit with MWS.

Work Details
The work includes mass Earthwork at a section of the Mill Creek Park Greenway to remove uncompensated fill outside of the 100 yr. floodplain as required for closeout of Metro Stormwater Grading Permit (SWGR 201200067). Work also includes onsite moving and placement of material, installation of erosion control measures, and finial site stabilization.
All construction activities shall be completed in full compliance with all applicable Federal, State, or local historic preservation regulations for the development efforts of the property. Construction shall adhere to all local, state and federal building codes, permits and laws that govern the work indicated on the plans and specifications.

Period of Performance
The period of performance is from the open date on 23-MAY-2024 to the close date on 14-JUN-2024.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at a section of the Mill Creek Park Greenway in Nashville, TN 37210, United States.
