Lawn Care - Military Berry Field - UPDATED

Background
The State of Tennessee is issuing a solicitation for a term contract to provide lawn care services for the Department of Military at Berry Field. The goal of this contract is to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the grounds over a specified period, enhancing the operational environment for military activities.

Work Details
The contractor will provide grass cutting and grounds maintenance services at Berry Field, located at 240 Knapp Drive, Nashville, TN 37210. The contract spans thirty-two (32) months with specific service periods as follows:

1. May 2025 to December 2025 - 24 instances of service
2. January 2026 to December 2026 - 24 instances of service
3. January 2027 to December 2027 - 24 instances of service.

Each service instance is required to be performed as per the specifications outlined in the attached terms and conditions.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on May 1, 2025, and will conclude on December 31, 2027.

Place of Performance
All services will be performed at Berry Field, located at 240 Knapp Drive, Nashville, TN 37210.
