IDIQ for A/E Services for NDOT

Background
The Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County (Metro) is issuing a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for Architecture and Engineering (A/E) services for the Nashville Department of Transportation and Multimodal Infrastructure (NDOT). This includes projects under the Choose How You Move (CHYM) initiative. NDOT is responsible for various transportation-related functions within Davidson County, aiming to improve efficiency and expedite project delivery through multiple contracts awarded on an as-needed basis.

Work Details
The scope of services includes a wide range of A/E services such as:
- Multimodal Planning and Emerging Mobility Planning
- Transportation Demand Management Planning
- Transit Planning
- Infrastructure Planning
- Traffic Flow and Operations Planning
- Environmental Impact Analysis and Planning / NEPA Services
- Freight and Goods Movement Planning
- Safety Planning
- Bicycle and Pedestrian Planning
- Land Use and Transportation Planning
- Congestion Management Planning
- Public Participation and Community Engagement Planning
- Resilience and Climate Adaptation Planning
- Transportation/Multimodal Analysis including Traffic Study, Modeling, Operations, Data Analysis, Visualization, and Aggregation Design.

The contract will also cover Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI) services, Program Management, Policy Coordination, Survey/CAD services, and various design services related to transportation infrastructure.

Period of Performance
The contract will be established for multiple 5-year terms with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase amounts. Work will be performed on an as-needed basis as determined by Metro.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within Davidson County, Tennessee.
