Background
The City of Gallatin Leisure Services Department is seeking competitive bids for the purchase of fencing materials.
The goal of this contract is to procure high-quality fencing products to support the city's leisure services initiatives.

Work Details
The City of Gallatin is requesting FOB pricing for the following items:
- 100 FT Black 8-Gauge Fence, 4 ft Tall
- 600 FT Black 8-Gauge Fence, 6 ft Tall
- (10) 8 ft 2 ½" Corner Posts
- (45) 2” Black Line Posts
- 600 FT Black Top Rail
- 600 FT Black Bottom Rail
- (2) 6 ft Gates (12 ft Opening)
- (1) 4 ft Gate
- (46) Top Rail Caps, Offset
- (10) 6 ft Tension Bars
- (32) Tension Bands for 2 ½" Corner Posts
- (32) Tension Bands for 2” Posts
- (18) 4 ft Tension Bars
- (1,300) Aluminum Long Ties
- (1,600) Green Aluminum Ties
- 1,600 FT Green 8-Gauge Chain Link Fence.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins upon award and continues until all materials are delivered as specified in the bid proposal.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the City of Gallatin, Tennessee.
