Economic Development Office Renovations

The scope of work shall consist of but not limited to the following: Obtaining all necessary building permits, coordinating work with City staff occupying and adjacent to work area, disassembling, removing, and disposing of mobile shelving system where indicated and directed, building new conventional light-framed partial height partition walls with insulation, providing and installing new wood doors and wood frames, casings, and trim, providing and installing new solid wood wall coping and trim, installing and painting new gypsum finishes, coordinating with other City contractors as required for completing the Work.
