Work Details
The selected firm will provide executive recruitment services for the City Administrator position, which includes:

1) Designating a recruitment representative to assist in the recruitment process;
2) Developing a detailed project timeline and providing regular updates;
3) Reviewing the existing City Administrator position profile;
4) Creating a recruitment brochure;
5) Recommending an advertising strategy;
6) Conducting a professional search utilizing local, regional, and national contacts;
7) Defining the preliminary screening process;
8) Reviewing resumes and conducting initial candidate screenings;
9) Performing detailed background checks on up to 10 finalists;
10) Presenting written reports on candidates' backgrounds and strengths;
11) Facilitating the finalist selection process;
12) Coordinating travel arrangements for interviews;
13) Providing recommended interview questions;
14) Administering correspondence with applicants; and
15) Assisting in developing final employment offers.

Period of Performance
The goal is to complete the recruitment process within four months from contract execution.
