Bid 25-40 Furnish & Install Fencing Materials & Supplies

Background
Hamilton County Schools (HCS) is seeking to contract with a qualified and experienced vendor to provide furnishing and installation services for various fencing projects, including repairs and new installations.
The goal of this contract is to ensure that HCS has access to high-quality fencing solutions that meet their specific needs.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for the furnishing and installation of various chain link fencing products, including:
- 96 inch fabric (SS 40 framework)
- 96 inch vinyl (SS 40 framework)
- 72 inch fabric (SS 40 framework)
- 72 inch vinyl coated (SS 40 framework)
- 72 inch fabric (SS 20 framework)
- 72 inch vinyl coated (SS 20 framework)
- 60 inch fabric (SS 40 framework)
- 60 inch vinyl coated (SS 40 framework)
- 60 inch fabric (SS 20 framework)
- 60 inch vinyl coated (SS 20 framework)
- 48 inch fabric (SS 40 framework)

Pricing must include all labor, installation, equipment, supplies, overhead, profit, material, and any other incidental costs required to perform the work. The vendor must also secure and pay for all necessary permits and ensure full project restoration after completion.

Period of Performance
The contract period is expected to begin on June 13, 2025, for a duration of two years, with the possibility of renewal for an additional two years based on mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at various locations within Hamilton County as designated by HCS.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the proposed dollar amount. For construction projects exceeding $100,000, a Performance & Payment Bond is required. Vendors must also comply with federal Davis Bacon regulations if federal funds are utilized.
