BID 25-17 Hixson High School Gym HVAC Upgrades

Background
Hamilton County Schools (HCS) is seeking to contract with a qualified vendor to upgrade the HVAC unit at Hixson High School, specifically for the gymnasium. The goal of this contract is to enhance the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system to improve comfort and air quality in the gym area.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for completing upgrades to the HVAC unit at Hixson High School. The detailed scope of work and contractor responsibilities are defined within the Project Manual/Specifications and project plans provided as part of the solicitation. Vendors must ensure they review and fully understand all associated project documents before bidding.

Period of Performance
The construction term is set for 90 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order date, whichever applies.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Hixson High School located at 5705 Middle Valley Rd, Hixson, TN 37343.
