TOC- Mechanical Contracting Services

Background
The University of South Carolina (USC) is issuing a solicitation for Mechanical Contracting Services under the Task Order Contract (TOC) number H27-C008-LC. The goal of this contract is to provide as-needed mechanical contracting services within the geographic area of South Carolina. Contractors must possess a valid South Carolina Mechanical Contracting license with AC, HT, and PB subclassifications throughout the life of the contract.

Work Details
The contractor will provide as-needed mechanical contracting services. This includes but is not limited to installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical systems.

Contractors must submit a completed Contractor’s Statement of Qualifications & Questionnaire along with any required documentation to demonstrate their ability to meet the selection criteria outlined in the solicitation. Each task order will require performance and labor/material payment bonds equal to 100% of the contract price.

Period of Performance
The contract period for the awarded Task Order Contract is three years, with two optional one-year extensions available.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Columbia, South Carolina, and potentially other locations within the state as required.
