Orangeburg County, South Carolina, is seeking proposals for the repair of four bridges located in the county. The goal of this contract is to ensure the structural integrity and safety of these bridges, which are critical for local transportation.

Work Details
The scope of work includes repairs at four bridge locations: Cedar Swamp, Long Branch, Snake Swamp, and Buck Creek. Specific tasks include:
1. Install saddle repair at BM3-4 (1 EA) for Cedar Swamp.
2. Repair spalls in BT3 cap (2 SF) for Cedar Swamp.
3. Clean and paint steel members (2560 SF) for Long Branch.
4. Clean and paint steel members (3110 SF) for Snake Swamp.
5. Clean and paint steel members (1092 SF) for Buck Creek.
Contractors are responsible for site visits to assess preparation, materials, labor, and equipment needed for the work. They must ensure public safety during operations and remove all job-related debris daily.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be completed within a specified timeframe as determined by the project schedule outlined in the proposal.
