Work Details
The work primarily involves patching and re-painting select areas of the interior of Zambarano Hospital in Burrillville Rhode Island. The project also includes additional items such as allowance for additional wall skimming, painting, cast iron radiator removal/painting/reinstallation, and replacement of cove base.
There are also liquidated damages specified at $1,000.00 per day.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately on 7/1/2024. Contracts may be renewed for project completion based on vendor performance and the availability of funds.
