Wristbands

Background
The Town of Narragansett, Rhode Island is seeking bids for the purchase of wristbands for the Narragansett Town Beach. The bid opening is scheduled for Friday, March 22, 2024 at 11:00 AM. The purchasing manager and parks and recreation director are involved in the bid process. The town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the bid to the lowest qualified bidder deemed most favorable to the interest of the Town of Narragansett.

Work Details
The town is seeking bids for the purchase of 280,000 wristbands for the Narragansett Town Beach. The wristbands should be ¾” X 10” Tyvek Narrow bands, perforated, sequentially serial numbered, and packaged 500 per box in specific colors. Each wristband should be imprinted with 'Beach Daily Admission' and the department logo. A proof must be provided to the department for approval prior to printing at no additional charge.

Place of Performance
The wristbands are to be shipped and delivered by the successful bidder to the Parks & Recreation Department at 170 Clarke Road, Narragansett, RI 02882.
