Strategic Planning Services for Child Support Case Management IT Modernization

Background
The Rhode Island Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Child Support Services is seeking an experienced vendor to provide IT Strategic Planning Services. The vendor will complete an assessment of the current Rhode Island Office of Child Support Services (RI OCSS) Case Management Systems to offer solutions and improvements in the modernization. This includes but is not limited to functionality and limitations to realize improvements in operational functions.

Work Details
The vendor is expected to provide IT Strategic Planning Services to complete an assessment of the current Rhode Island Office of Child Support Services (RI OCSS) Case Management Systems. The assessment should offer solutions and improvements in the modernization, including functionality and limitations, to realize improvements in operational functions. The contract will involve analyzing the current systems, identifying areas for improvement, and proposing solutions for modernization.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately June 2024 for one (1) year. Contracts may be renewed for up to two (2) additional 24-month periods based on vendor performance and the availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The services are expected to be performed at the Rhode Island Office of Child Support Services (RI OCSS) located at 77 Dorrance St, Providence, RI 02903.
