RIDOT: Wickford Junction Garage - Degreasing, Power washing & Sweeping Services

Background
The Rhode Island Department of Transportation, Office of Transit is seeking proposals from qualified companies (“Contractors”) to provide degreasing, power washing and sweeping services at the Wickford Junction Parking Garage located at 1011 Ten Rod Road, North Kingstown, RI for the three (3) year period from: June 2024 to June 2027.

Work Details
The services required include degreasing, power washing, and sweeping at the Wickford Junction Parking Garage. The contract term will begin approximately in June 2024 for three years. The solicitation also includes requirements for insurance coverage and confidentiality of documents.
Vendors must submit proposals electronically in Ocean State Procures™ before the specified date and time. The solicitation also includes a Vendor Certification Questionnaire that requires responses to various disclosures, ownership information, and certifications.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a three-year period from June 2024 to June 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Wickford Junction Parking Garage located at 1011 Ten Rod Road, North Kingstown, RI.
