OER Installation of 9 Electric Vehicle Charging Stations At 4 State locations

Background
The Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources (OER) is seeking vendors to install nine (9) turn-key electric vehicle charging stations at four state locations.
The goal of this contract is to provide a complete, fully operational level 2 charging system at designated sites to support the state's commitment to sustainable energy and transportation solutions.

Work Details
The contractor will deliver a turnkey proposal for the installation of 9 electric vehicle charging stations at the following locations:
(A) State Fleet Vehicle Surplus Lot, 34 Spring Brook Rd, Scituate;
(B) Pastore Building 61, Cranston;
(C) Pastore Regan Building, Cranston;
(D) 140 Francis St, Francis Street Parking Lot, Providence.
The scope includes all aspects necessary to ensure that the charging systems are fully operational upon completion.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately in October 2024 and will last for six (6) months.
Contracts may be renewed for up to additional twelve-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at four designated state locations in Rhode Island: Scituate, Cranston, and Providence.
