Milk

Background
The University of Rhode Island is seeking bids for the supply of milk for its dining services food distribution center. The blanket requirements are from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. The university is a member of Educational & Institutional Cooperative Purchasing (E&I) and Provista.

Work Details
The successful dairy will be responsible for delivering homogenized milk, skim milk, chocolate milk (low fat), and coffee milk (low fat) in 5-gallon containers to specified locations. The deliveries are required each morning on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday to two locations.
The university requires the milk to be 'machine ready' and will not accept bulk milk delivered in containers other than machine ready. Additionally, specific equipment must be provided and maintained at no additional charge.
The university has provided detailed specifications for the milk supply.

The blanket requirements are from July 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025.
