Background
The Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) is seeking proposals for a comprehensive virtual campus tour and wayfinding software solution. The goal of this contract is to enhance CCRI's online presence, improve accessibility, and provide an engaging digital experience for prospective students, visitors, and the college community.

Work Details
The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering a virtual campus tour that includes an interactive campus map and interior wayfinding software. The solution should be user-friendly and accessible, catering to the needs of diverse users including prospective students and visitors. Specific requirements include:

- Development of a virtual tour that showcases key areas of the campus.
- Creation of an interactive map that allows users to navigate the campus easily.
- Implementation of interior wayfinding features to assist users in locating specific buildings or facilities within the campus.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately in early 2025 for one year, with options to renew for up to four additional 12-month periods based on vendor performance and availability of funds.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Community College of Rhode Island campuses.
