CCRI Interior Flooring Crack Repair Flanagan Campus, Lincoln

Background
Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI) is seeking a vendor for demolition and repair associated with flooring crack repairs at 1st and 2nd floors of CCRI Flanagan Campus Main Building, as indicated in the Contract Documents. The scope of work also includes the restoration of existing steel columns and hollow metal doors that show signs of corrosion.

Work Details
The vendor is required to perform demolition and repair associated with flooring crack repairs at 1st and 2nd floors of CCRI Flanagan Campus Main Building. This includes an allowance for replacement of existing flooring if unable to match, testing existing mastic to verify non-hazardous, preparing RIDOH plan, and abating as required if testing proves positive. Additionally, there are liquidated damages set at $500.00 per day.

Period of Performance
The initial contract period will begin approximately on the issuance of CCRI purchase order for one (1) year. The start of construction is expected to be on July 1, 2024, with substantial completion within nine months starting from the same date. Final completion is expected two weeks after substantial completion.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at CCRI Flanagan Campus Main Building located at 1762 Old Louisquisset Pike, Lincoln, RI 02865.
