Background
The Rhode Island Convention Center Authority (the 'Authority') is a public corporation of the State of Rhode Island that operates The Vets, formerly known as the Veterans Memorial Auditorium, located at One Avenue of the Arts in Providence, Rhode Island.

The Authority is seeking proposals for the procurement of audio equipment to upgrade its existing system.

Work Details
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the procurement of specific audio equipment as outlined in the Pricing Sheet. The items included are:
- Meyer Sound Leopards Small Line-Array Loudspeakers (20 units)
- Meyer Sound MG-Leopard Grid for Flown or Ground (2 units)
- Meyer Sound 816 Galaxy Processor (1 unit)
- Meyer Sound 900-LFC Low Frequency Array Loudspeakers (6 units)
- D&B D40 Amplifiers (2 units)
- D&B M6 Monitor Wedges (8 units)
- Yamaha Rivage PM-5 Mixing Console (1 unit) and various associated cables and accessories.

The total purchase price will include delivery to The VETS loading dock at 83 Park Street, Providence, RI 02903. Installation and programming will be handled by VETS staff and crew, and should not be included in the proposal.

Period of Performance
The proposals must be submitted by March 21, 2025, with a public proposal opening occurring on the same day. Specific timelines for submission of inquiries and responses are outlined in the RFP.
