2025 AT-A-GlANCE "TODAY IS" DAILY WALL CALENDAR REFILL PADS K1-50 OR SIMILAR

Background
The Rhode Island Department of Revenue, specifically the Lottery Division, is seeking bids for the procurement of daily wall calendar refill pads for the year 2025. The goal of this contract is to provide a specific product that meets the outlined specifications to support the operations of the Rhode Island Lottery.

Work Details
The contract requires the supply of 700 units of the 2025 AT-A-GLANCE® 'Today Is' Daily Wall Calendar Refill Pads K1-50 or similar. Each pad must be sized at 6 inches by 6 inches with a depth not exceeding 1 1/8 inches to fit a 1-inch screw post.

The pads will feature one weekday per page, with Saturday and Sunday combined on one page. Each page will display the month, date, and day at a glance with extra-large numbers. The pads must be printed in black ink on one side only using SoporSet 50# text paper (19x25).

Additionally, each pad should have holes drilled in the top two corners for hanging and be individually wrapped for packaging. Sample photos and measurements will be provided to the successful vendor.

Period of Performance
The products are required to be delivered in-house on or before December 2, 2024.

The delivery location is specified as the Rhode Island Lottery at 1425 Pontiac Avenue, Cranston, RI 02920.
