The completed form must be attached (uploaded) with bid submission.Worker Protection and Investment form BOP-2201 provided must be completed by a vendor authorized representative and attached (uploaded) with bid submission.Proof of Insurance must be attached (uploaded) with bid submission.ONLY ELECTRONIC BID RESPONSES WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SUBMISSION. The Pennsylvania State Police is issuing this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to procure lawn care maintenance services for Troop G in Bedford. The goal of the contract is to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of the lawn area at the specified location, which aligns with the agency's mission to maintain a safe and functional environment for its operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary for monthly lawn care maintenance at the PA State Police Troop G location. The specific services include:

- Mowing: 4 times per month starting in April, once per week on a mutually agreed day. If a week is missed, clippings must be bagged during the next cutting.

- Weed Whacking: Trimming around walkways, parking lots, buildings, signs, and impound lot with each cut.

- Shrubbery Maintenance: Trimming of all shrubs/bushes/trees in May, June, and September with removal of clippings.

- Weed Control: To be performed once a month during the cutting season, including spraying weed killer and pulling weeds from rock beds/landscaping.

- The vendor must supply all necessary equipment and remove all clippings and debris from the premises. Special attention must be given to ensure that cut grass does not blow onto State Police or personal vehicles. Services may be adjusted based on weather conditions as directed by the Station Commander.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of a valid purchase order and includes four optional one-year renewals.
