Touch2Play Gaming Unit

Background
The Pennsylvania Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking to award an Agency Contract for Touch2Play gaming consoles. The goal of this contract is to provide gaming consoles to participating Veterans’ Homes, enhancing recreational activities for veterans.

Work Details
The awarded contractor shall supply Touch2Play gaming consoles with the following specifications:
1) A minimum of a 21” HD screen;
2) Capability for one player at a time;
3) No requirement for internet, passwords, or login;
4) Plug and play functionality with no subscription or maintenance fees.

Additionally, the contractor must provide a universal mobile cart that is portable, easily movable by one person, and capable of raising, lowering, tilting, and swiveling to ensure accessibility from various positions.

Each Veterans’ Home will have the opportunity to order the following items:
- 1 gaming console
- 1 universal cart
- 1 multi-positioning arm
- 1 multi-mount post
- Shipping.

The DMVA reserves the right to adjust quantities based on actual need.

Period of Performance
The contract is intended to last for one year with four additional one-year renewal options. Services shall commence as specified in the project statement or notice to proceed letter.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at various locations of the DMVA Veterans’ Homes including:
- Delaware Valley Veterans’ Center in Philadelphia
- Gino J. Merli Veterans’ Center in Scranton
- Hollidaysburg Veterans’ Home in Duncansville
- Pennsylvania Soldier and Sailors Home in Erie
- Southeastern Veterans’ Center in Spring City
- Southwestern Veterans’ Center in Pittsburgh.
