Description

Requirements contract - 9/1/24 thru 6/30/25. This small order purchase will be awarded as a whole or by line item, whichever is in the best interest of the City, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. Seller must quote all items in order to be eligible for award as a whole. Do not deliver or provide services until notified by department.
Background
The Free Library of Philadelphia, under the City of Philadelphia's Materials Management Division, is seeking to enhance its asset tracking and management capabilities through the procurement of RFID tags.
This initiative aligns with the library's mission to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of 130,000 RFID tags with the following specifications:
- Quantity: 130,000
- Size: 2" x 2"
- Color: White
- Standard: ISO standard
- Reference products include D-Tech item #D-TRFIDSQL or Bibliotheca #TAG000010.
The RFID tags will be ordered and delivered as needed throughout the contract period.

Period of Performance
The contract is effective from September 1, 2024, to June 30, 2025. It may be renewed at the sole option of the City for up to three additional one-year periods.

Place of Performance
Delivery will take place at Materials Management – Receiving & Processing, located at 2000 Hamilton St, Rodin Place, Philadelphia, PA 19130.
