Background
The City of Philadelphia is issuing this solicitation for the construction of green stormwater infrastructure in Grays Avenue. The project aims to enhance the city's stormwater management capabilities and contribute to environmental sustainability efforts. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for various construction tasks including but not limited to: excavation and disposal for green infrastructure work, installation of HDPE pipes, geomembrane liners, concrete check dams, and various types of inlets.

- Maintenance and protection of traffic during work (lump sum)
- Erosion and sediment control measures (lump sum)
