PSP Geissele Super Duty Rifles

Background
The Pennsylvania State Police (PSP) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) to procure 10 Geissele Super Duty Semi-Auto Rifles and accessories. The PSP desires to trade in nine used Colt 6945 Monolithic Rifles as part of the IFB.

Work Details
The IFB specifies the procurement of 10 Geissele Super Duty Semi-Auto Rifles, model number 08-0198LB, along with accessories such as Geissele Grip Panel, Eotech Single CR123 Battery Reticle Pattern with 65 Moa Ring and 1 Moa Sot – Optic Black. The successful bidder must provide technical data and manufacturer limitations on the items. Additionally, all bidders must be authorized to sell to Pennsylvania law enforcement and must have all required state and federal licensure necessary to sell firearms. The firearms shall be delivered fully factory assembled and duty ready. The awarded vendor shall provide weapon serial numbers prior to shipment to the PSP contract person. The initial firearms order, training, and accessories must be delivered within 120 days after receipt of the purchase order.
