Printing/Furnishing Of Candidates Ballots/Supplies For The General Election Of 2024

Background
The Westmoreland County Election Bureau is seeking bids for the printing and furnishing of candidates' specimen ballots, official ballots, and election supplies for the General Election of 2024. This contract aims to ensure that all necessary voting materials are prepared and delivered in a timely manner to facilitate the electoral process.

Work Details
The contract includes two groups of work:

Group I involves printing 580 bundles of 250 Blank ExpressVote Card Stock, which must meet specific thermal heat-sensitive specifications.

Group II includes printing various types of ballots and election supplies, including:
- 2,456 specimen voting machine ballots in booklet form, packaged for each precinct.
- 11,144 official provisional ballots with candidates’ names printed.
- 26,855 official emergency paper ballots.
- 306 election supply boxes containing various election officer manuals and materials.

All printed materials must be delivered to specified locations by October 15, 2024.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from the date of award until October 15, 2024, with specific deadlines for delivery of printed materials.

Place of Performance
All deliveries are to be made to the Voting Machine Department at 110 Vannear Avenue, Greensburg, Pennsylvania, and the Election Bureau at 2 North Main Street, Suite 109, Greensburg, Pennsylvania.
