Work Details

Sellers must quote all items specified in PHLContracts to be eligible for award. The total amount of the quote shall be less than $41,000, which may be adjusted annually based on the CPI-U.

All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point. Sellers may offer alternate products equal in quality and performance but must provide a complete description of each alternate. The successful seller will be required to supply the exact item as specified unless an acceptable alternate is offered.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on the Effective Date in PHLContracts and shall automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice.

Place of Performance
The delivery location for the products will be specified by the City of Philadelphia at the time of order.
