Medical Marijuana Seed-to-Sale System

Background
The Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH), Bureau of Medical Marijuana (BMM) is seeking a vendor-hosted Software as a Service (SaaS) solution for their Seed-to-Sale System.
This initiative aims to enhance the management and tracking of medical marijuana from cultivation to sale, ensuring compliance with state regulations and improving operational efficiency.

Work Details
The selected vendor will provide a comprehensive SaaS solution that includes the following functionalities:
1. Tracking of medical marijuana plants and products throughout the entire lifecycle, from seed to sale.
2. Compliance management features to ensure adherence to state regulations.
3. User-friendly interface for both administrative and end-user access.
4. Data reporting capabilities for regulatory compliance and operational insights.
5. Integration with existing systems used by the Pennsylvania Department of Health.
6. Ongoing support and maintenance services for the duration of the contract.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence on the Effective Date and will last for five (5) years, with an option for five (5) one-year renewals.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
