Laptop/Computer Accessories/Pointer Presentation clicker

Background
The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is seeking vendors to supply laptop and computer accessories, including a pointer presentation clicker. This initiative aims to enhance the office automation capabilities of city departments by providing necessary equipment and ensuring proper installation and configuration.

Work Details
The vendor is required to deliver all products as inside deliveries; drop shipments to a loading dock are not acceptable. The vendor must provide costs for installation and configuration unless otherwise directed. Additionally, the vendor must submit product literature upon request from the City.

The basic warranty coverage includes:
- Five-year minimum for servers and IT appliances
- Four years for PCs and laptops
- Three years for tablets
- Original equipment manufacturer's warranty on all peripherals such as printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.

On-site maintenance with next-day response (within 24 hours) is required, covering all parts and labor.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a specified period that aligns with the delivery and installation schedule as determined by the City.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations within the City of Philadelphia.
