Background
The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR), Susquehannock Sate Forest requires services to deliver, paver place, and compact approximately 2,100 tons of limestone Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA) to Red Ridge Road.

Work Details
The contractor is required to deliver, paver-place, and compact approximately 2,100 tons of limestone Driving Surface Aggregate (DSA) to Red Ridge Road in Potter County. The contractor must comply with specific bid requirements including signed acknowledgement of DCNR DSA specifications, reciprocal limitations act form, and worker protection and investment certification form.
The contract tasks include creating a project-specific pile of compliant DSA, delivering the DSA material, placing and rolling the DSA material using specific equipment and methods, and ensuring compliance with environmental requirements.
The contractor must also provide references for similar work performed.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon receipt of Purchase Order and terminate on July 31, 2024.
