Box Truck Rental - CCO May Election

Background
The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is issuing a micro purchase solicitation for the rental of box trucks in relation to the May election.
The goal is to secure transportation services that meet the needs of the City during this critical period.

Work Details
The contract involves the rental of box trucks.
All quotes must be submitted electronically via PHLContracts.
Sellers must quote on all items specified in the solicitation and provide unit costs for each item listed.
The total amount of the quote must be less than $41,000, which may be adjusted annually based on CPI-U increases.
All products must be delivered FOB Destination Point.
The City reserves the right to accept quotes from multiple sellers and may award contracts based on individual line items if it serves the best interest of the City.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon issuance of a Purchase Order and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the City of Philadelphia, specifically for use during the May election.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must submit a signed Consent and Authorization Agreement prior to bid closing to be considered responsive.
Additionally, vendors should not have any outstanding debts to the City of Philadelphia and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
