Box Truck Rental - CCO May Election

Background
The City of Philadelphia's Procurement Department is issuing a micro purchase solicitation for the rental of box trucks in support of the May election.

The goal is to secure transportation services that meet the city's operational needs during this period. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, either as a whole or by line item, depending on what is deemed in the best interest of the City.

Work Details
The contractor will provide box truck rental services as specified in the solicitation.

All vendors must quote on all items listed to be eligible for award. The delivery of services shall not commence until notified by the department. The total amount for any quote must be less than $41,000, which may increase annually based on CPI-U adjustments. All products and services must be delivered at prices quoted, FOB Destination Point.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence on the Effective Date as specified in PHLContracts and will automatically terminate 365 days thereafter without notice.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed within the geographic boundaries of Philadelphia, PA.
