23WHM NERO Storage Building General

Background
The Pennsylvania Game Commission (PGC) is soliciting electronic bids for the construction of a new NERO Storage Building at their Northeast Regional Office in Dallas Township, Luzerne County.

The purpose of this project is to provide a facility for general work/research and the storage of maintenance implements and tools. The project aims to enhance the operational capabilities of the PGC by providing a dedicated space for storage and research activities.

Work Details
The scope of the project includes:
- Construction of a 40’ x 80’ pole building with a 12’ wide covered canopy structure.
- Installation of composite siding and imitation stone veneer exterior finishes.
- Installation of metal roof panels, concrete floor, insulation, and interior wall finishes with FRP and metal.
- Installation of garage doors, man doors, windows, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing systems, and other necessary building appurtenances.
- Demolition of existing structures as part of site preparation.
- Excavation and backfilling for foundations and utilities.
- Installation of erosion control measures around the site during construction.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon delivery of the Purchase Order to the Contractor and is expected to be completed by December 30, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Pennsylvania Game Commission Northeast Regional Office located at 3917 Memorial Highway, Dallas Township, Luzerne County.
